Teller Housing Hub is hereafter referred to as THH.

Thank you for joining THH! We're excited to learn and grow together. To get started, we need to collect some information about you, your business, and for you to review our member documents. It's important that you complete this form in its entirety so we can help one another as best as possible.

Before you begin, please have the following:

• Logo in png format with a transparent background. This image will be used on the THH website.

• Logo in one or more of the following high resolution formats: eps, tiff, png, vector, or pdf. We may occassionally produce print pieces, which require high-resolution images in order to present both your company and THH as best as possible.

• 3-5 images representing your business. These can be previous completed work, your office building, and people. These images will be placed on your THH company page.
